JOINING WORKSHOPS WITH DAVID BOTTOMLEY AT THE BROCKLEY JACK THEATRE

I am delighted to be joining a series of Playwrighting Workshops with Workshop Leader and Literary Manager David Bottomley at The Brockley JackTheatre, beginning on 2nd November, running for 8 weeks and extending into The New Year... hoping to have another brand new play in the offing for The New Year... a great way to start 2016... nobody can say I don't plan ahead...

"The Jack Writers’ Workshop is a dynamic hub for emerging contemporary theatre writing in south London. The group will meet at the Jack Studio Theatre on Monday evenings, (7.30pm – 9.30pm).

Together we will be expanding skills and understanding of writing in a friendly group environment. The sessions cover pitching a synopsis, creating three-dimensional characters, conflict, dialogue, status, structure and plotting, through writing exercises, workshopping, readings and group feedback. These tools can then be applied to scripts in progress, or to support writers in the creation of a short ten-minute play."
